With more than 15 years of industry experience, Mark Mathis, while with the Texas Water Development Board, developed the Water Loss Audit Worksheet and written two manuals entitled, Water Loss Audit Manual for Texas Utilities. We are a member of the American Water Works Association, Water Loss Control Committee (WLCC).  We work with utilities under 75,000 population, with most of our clientele being rural systems.
